Yes, I work with both individuals and couples. Individual therapy focuses on your personal patterns, experiences, and growth, while couples therapy focuses on the relationship itself — communication, connection, and repairing conflict between partners.

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk through what's bringing you to therapy, and see if we feel like a good fit. There's no pressure to continue if it feels like you’re looking for a different approach than I provide, and I’m happy to make referrals if that’s the case.
